Great product but I was ripped offI pre ordered a Metal Fly Fish 9.5inch V2.0 on 8th May thinking that I was supporting you providing extra income during the manufacturing process. I have been a good supporter of Ecto with purchases in the vicinity of $1000. I was surprised that if I had not pre ordered I could have purchased the same item for $101, original price $157. Might I suggest that you immediately offer me a credit for the loss, $56 or a full and total refund of $NZ202 for the purchase which has not shipped yet despite a shipping date of 18 June. The cynic in me thought that having read the e-mail I sent earlier (Sun 7th July) you may have included a sweetener with the dispatch. Firstly you were a month late (expected June 18th) dispatching the Metal Fly Fish and the price had dropped considerably so I was grossly overcharged. Maybe you had forgotten the Metal Fish order because the day after I sent the e-mail (you have not replied to it 7th July email) both orders were dispatched, this action suggests a little guilt. I expected more. As I have alluded earlier I have be a loyal and supportive customer and to be extorted like this makes me wonder where your business ethics lie. I had paid p & p for for two items which meant I was ripped off with the p & p too! Altogether a very unsatisfactory transaction - I hope (but doubt) some remedial action will take place.

I like that almost “non-existent feeling” on the way out through the break, swimming naturally. Then it really comes into its own when you’re up and “planing” with all the lift you need coupled with great control to really surf the wave.
