We make our products to the highest standards possible, however in life sometimes things go wrong. That's why all Ecto Handplanes products are covered for faults for 1 year from the date of purchase. There's no need to worry, if you have any issues at all simply email photos of the issue, your sales receipt and order number to: contact@ectohandplanes.com. You can also message us in the chat box here on the website and we'll sort everything it out for you.

General Warranty Guarentee Conditions
• Applicable for defective workmanship / materials / components
• Not applicable to general wear and tear or accidents, ie dropping your handplane
• Please allow 10 business days for warranty claims to be resolved
• All warranty claims decisions are at the discretion of Ecto Handplanes
