We Ship Worldwide!
• All orders are dispatched 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.
• Shipments are from Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays).
• Orders placed on Friday morning or Sat/Sun will be processed on Monday.
• The delivery timeline is provided as a reference only.
• Please make sure your shipping information is correct!
• We hold no responsibility for orders that get sent to an incorrect address.
Australian Orders
• Orders over $99 - FREE SHIPPING (AusPost Regular allow 3+ business days)
• Orders under $99 - Cost $9.95 (AusPost Regular allow 3+ business days)

• Any order can be shipped with AusPost Express in 1-2 business days for $24.95.
• Please note any shipping to WA/SA/NT/TAS may take longer.
International Orders
• Orders over $400 AUD - FREE SHIPPING (allow 5+ business days)
• Orders under $400 AUD - $59.95 AUD (allow 5+ business days)
• (USA only) Orders under $400 AUD - $39.95AUD (allow 5+ business days)
• (NZ only) Any Order Ships for $29.95 AUD (allow 5+ business days)
• Remote countries may be shipping quote dependant before order dispatched.
Note:
- We cannot account for delays caused by customs clearance procedures
- You are responsible for any costs incurred for customs in your home country
Returns/Exchanges/Refunds
• All orders can be returned/exchanged/refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase. To make a claim please email your sales receipt and order number to: contact@ectohandplanes.com
General Return Conditions
• Our customer service offer is that if you are willing to pay for shipping to return/exchange the item with us - then we are happy to pay shipping again so you can get the correct order items.
• Only possible for unused goods with perfect packaging and swing tags.
• All items must be shipped with care well and returned in full condition.
• The return cost of shipping is the full responsibility of the customer.
• The cost of shipping correct items is the full responsibility Ecto Handplanes
• Note: Any items lost in shipping will not be compensated.
• Please allow 10 business days for warranty claims to be resolved
• All return claims are at the discretion of Ecto Handplanes
Warranty
All Ecto Handplanes products are covered for faults for 1 year from the date of purchase. To make a warranty claim please email photos of the fault, your sales receipt and order number to: contact@ectohandplanes.com
General Warranty Guarentee Conditions
• Applicable for defective workmanship / materials / components
• Not applicable to general wear and tear or accidents, ie dropping your handplane
• Please allow 10 business days for warranty claims to be resolved
• All warranty claims decisions are at the discretion of Ecto Handplanes
Payment
All transactions are processed securely through PayPal. We have no access to your credit card or any other financial information.
Currency
All prices are set to $AUD by default. Use the drop-down currency selector menu at the top-right of the header bar to view prices in other currencies.
Privacy
We respect your privacy and will under no circumstance pass on your personal information. Your information is simply used to process your order online and post it to the correct address.
